Afshin has over 25 years of experience across engineering consultancy, project delivery and practice leadership. His career combines major-project and team leadership with strategic planning, commercial performance, stakeholder relationships, risk and technical governance. This breadth allows him to see how technical decisions affect delivery and wider project performance. Afshin brings senior judgement to complex decisions, helping clients establish priorities, understand risk and maintain clear accountability for project outcomes.

Craig has more than 30 years of consultancy and project experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, spanning buildings, industrial, mining, education, telecommunications and Defence. His background combines structural documentation, multidisciplinary design and project management, giving him a practical understanding of how technical decisions translate into delivery. Craig identifies the issues that matter, brings the right technical inputs together and gives clients clear, experienced advice on a workable path forward.

Emilia leads the Built and Historical Heritage practice, bringing built heritage and materials conservation expertise to complex development, infrastructure and asset-management projects. She works where significance, fabric condition, approvals and delivery need to be resolved together. Emilia sets the heritage strategy early, tests it against design and engineering realities, and stays involved through construction, giving clients clear, defensible direction on what can change, what must remain and how heritage intent is carried into practical work on site.
