How we work
Reeca helps clients deliver projects and manage assets by keeping experienced people involved in the decisions that shape design, delivery and long-term performance.
1. Establish the pathway
We invest early in understanding the site, asset and problem before shaping the response. Existing conditions, constraints, approval requirements, risks and feasible options are established while there is still room to influence the outcome.
2. Resolve the design
The thinking established early stays with the project as the detail develops. Through analysis, design and coordination, we test options, resolve technical relationships and turn the agreed direction into coordinated, buildable information.
3. Support delivery
Our involvement does not end when the design is issued. We stay engaged through delivery, responding to evolving conditions, technical queries and design changes while keeping decisions connected to the original intent.
4. Manage and adapt
Through ongoing technical advice and asset management, we bring together knowledge of design, condition, performance and changing needs to guide maintenance, adaptation, renewal and future investment.

Based in Sydney, New South Wales, our engineers hold Design and Building Practitioner (DBP) registration and are registered to undertake engineering and advisory work across Australia.
